Clients are sometimes commenting with a question on social media. Some people answer comments with directives that questions should be asked through email. If the question can be answered within one or two sentences, and also isn’t regarding a sensitive issue, there is simply no point of directing a question to another inbox. Give a concrete and nice answer directly in the comments instead. Answering comments results in higher engagement with clients and increasing activity on the page.
